NAME
       FcConfigGetBlanks - Get config blanks

SYNOPSIS
       #include <fontconfig.h>

       FcBlanks * FcConfigGetBlanks (FcConfig *config);

DESCRIPTION
       Returns  the  FcBlanks  object  associated with the given configuration, if no blanks were
       present in the configuration, this function will return 0.
